Security Information

  • For all flights, please arrive 30 minutes before departure – we cannot guarantee that you will make the flight if you arrive after that.

  • Upon arrival, please check in with our team. You will need 2 things:

    • A valid passport (for flights to and from La Paz, Mexico only)
    • A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license (for flights departing to and from Telluride only)
    • The flight confirmation number sent to your email when you booked
  • Before boarding, feel free to relax in our lounge.

Telluride (TEX)

Telluride Airport Lounge

In Telluride, Aero departs from the main commercial terminal at Telluride Regional Airport. When you arrive at the airport, enter the first door on the far left and follow the corridor. You can enter the VIP lounge via the General Airport & Pilot Aviations door. This is where you will check in with the Aero team. After you check in, you can relax in the VIP lounge. The lounge is open for your enjoyment 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

Parking: Passenger parking at the main terminal in Telluride is limited. A better option is to arrange pick-up and drop-off via taxi or rental car.

La Paz (LAP)

In La Paz, Aero departs from the private terminal, at Aviacion General - a separate building from the commercial terminal. It is about a 5 minute walk from the commercial terminal.

Parking: There is no passenger parking at this terminal; if you need to park, do so at the main passenger parking area.

Oakland (OAK)

In Oakland, Aero departs from Kaiser Air. After arriving at Kaiser, walk through the main building and you’ll be greeted by one of our ground representatives. After a quick meet and greet, our ground reps will guide you to the boarding area and we’ll get you on the aircraft as soon as possible.
