Launched with Covid-19 health and safety procedures in mind, Aero continually monitors the latest protocols to help ensure the well-being of every Aero guest and employee. Book with confidence knowing you can change or cancel your trip up to 48 hours before departure.
We understand that plans can change, especially now. In that spirit, you may cancel your trip up to 48 hours before departure free of charge, and your original ticket price will be fully refunded. In addition, space permitting, you may change your travel dates up to 48 hours before departure without paying any fees. You will only be charged the difference between your new and original bookings, and any remaining amounts will be fully refunded. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of departure, your original ticket price will be kept by Aero as a credit for future bookings, less a $300 late cancellation fee. If you change your travel dates within 48 hours of departure (space permitting), you will be charged the difference between your new and original bookings. Any remaining balance will be kept by Aero as a credit for future bookings.
Just complete your passenger details form online 48 hours prior to take-off and bring a suitable form of identification to the airport. We’ll take care of the rest.

Our Lounge Hosts meticulously wipe down surfaces throughout the day. A cleaning log is maintained to ensure all procedures are carefully followed.
Enjoy window and aisle access at every seat, and relax with generous leg space and ample headroom. All Crew, Hosts and guests are required to wear a face covering during their entire flight and at the airport whenever possible (children under 2 years old are exempt). We have specially designed masks available for anyone who requests one.
Our thorough jet sterilization procedures include disinfecting with hospital-grade cleaning solutions before every flight as well as every morning and evening. We provide every guest with hand sanitizer for personal use. A cleaning log is maintained to ensure all procedures are carefully followed. All printed materials onboard, including safety cards and menus, are also replaced or sanitized following each flight.
Our food and beverage service is thoughtfully designed to reduce contact. We offer a curated selection of pre-packaged, single-serve healthy snacks and light fare to keep you satisfied throughout the flight. The Service team wears gloves and masks at all times when delivering your food and drinks.
Our jets constantly circulate and refresh the air in flight, which is a combination of recycled air and outside air that is conditioned and pressurized for your comfort.
