Your well being is our top priority. We are committed to implementing best-in-class technology and protocols to help ensure the well being of every Aero guest and employee.
Aero Crew and Hosts will wear face coverings at all times for your protection, and we ask all of our guests to do the same. We will have masks available for anyone who requests one.
In an effort to reduce contact, we have paused our meal service and instead, will offer a curated selection of healthy snacks to keep you satisfied throughout the flight. Food will be prepackaged and at your seat when you board. We are also transitioning to individual-serving beverages so that you can safely mix your own drinks. Our Cabin Attendants will wear gloves and masks at all times when delivering your drinks.
Lounge Cleaning & Disinfection
We will use electrostatic fogging and thoroughly disinfect surfaces every morning and evening. Our Lounge Crew will also meticulously wipe down surfaces throughout the day. You can find hand sanitizer available in the lounge.
Every Aero jet will undergo a multi-layer cleaning and disinfecting program:
- Daily cleaning and disinfecting using hospital-grade cleaning products
- Daily cleaning log to ensure all procedures are carefully followed
- Replacement of printed materials onboard, including safety cards and menus
In order to protect your bag from dirt, damage, and unnecessary contact, we will place your standard-size luggage into protective bags while it's transported to your destination. We will wipe down baggage handles with disinfectant before delivering the bags to you.
As technology evolves rapidly, we will update protocols to meet our high standards.
