Guidelines for Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable

We certainly understand plans may change. We strive to significantly reduce the time and effort needed by you to update travel arrangements.

As soon as you know you have to make changes to your flight, contact us through one of the following methods:

We can book you on another flight. There is a 100 euro change fee per passenger, but you will pay no difference in the fares—even if the new flight costs more.

We ask that you notify us about changes at least 24 hours before departure. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the ticket.
