Guidelines for Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

We certainly understand plans may change. We strive to significantly reduce the time and effort needed by you to update travel arrangements.

Tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of passenger substitution.

  • If you are able to provide a substitute passenger to fly in your stead, you may receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
  • If you cannot find a substitute, Aero will make best efforts to find one for you, and in the event we succeed, you will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.

Ticket dates and itineraries for the same city pair can be changed, for a $100 administrative fee. Itineraries cannot be changed to reflect different city pairs.
