Aero Referral Program Terms of Service
We may make changes to the Referral Program, and we may add to and/or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. For example, we could:
a) Change the number of Aero Credits you can earn for eligible referrals
b) Change the number of Aero Credits required to redeem for discounts
c) Impose caps and/or fees on earning and/or using Aero Credits
d) Increase annual and/or other program fees, Cancel Aero Credits and/or the Referral Program
If we cancel the Referral Program, we’ll notify you at least 90 days in advance. You'll be able to earn or use Aero Credits during that time, but we may change or cancel certain redemption options.
If we determine in our sole judgment that you engaged in or attempted to abuse, misuse or gaming in connection with earning or using Aero Credits or that you may attempt to do so, we may:
a) Temporarily suspend your ability to earn or use Aero Credits
b) Take away any Aero Credits that have been granted, even if it results in a negative balance
c) Cancel your account
The Referral Program is intended to benefit individuals. Business and corporate guests may choose to use Aero Credits for personal or business reasons, but they can't be directed or required to use them for business. It is also considered fraudulent or abusive for any corporation, agency, partnership, or other group to pool individually earned Aero Credits into one account or to accumulate points for company use.
Refer your friends using your Referral Code and they will receive $250 off their first Aero flight. For every first-time Aero guest who makes a booking using your Referral Code and completes their trip, we will add $250 in Aero Credits to your Aero account.
Referrals cannot be applied after booking, so make sure your friends place their orders using your Referral Code. This offer is valid on Flexible and Most Flexible fares. It cannot be combined with any other promotion or used on previously booked flights. The code is only valid for the initial booking and cannot be transferred if the flight is canceled or changed. If a guest uses your Referral Code to make a booking and subsequently cancels or changes their flight, you will not receive Aero Credits for that booking.
Aero Credits are applied to your account 7 days after the referred guest completes the last flight in the associated booking.
