Additionally, Aero takes pride in being a member of both the Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) and Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF).

Aero's Safety Management System (SMS) is a holistic, organization-wide approach to identifying and proactively managing potential risks while continuously improving safety. We partner with Polaris Aero to utilize their VOCUS platform, one of the industry's most innovative and robust safety management systems. Every operational decision and safety concern is meticulously assessed through our SMS to ensure that safety is never compromised.

Aero partners with one of the industry-leading providers, General Electric, to track, analyze, and trend key operational and safety metrics for all flights. Data from each flight is wirelessly downloaded moments after landing.

At Aero, we encourage all employees to report safety concerns through our participation in the FAA's Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP). A safety committee, comprising Aero Safety Management, an employee representative, and the FAA, thoroughly reviews each safety report.

A key to continuous safety improvement lies in the thoughtful and thorough evaluation of all policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and pinpoint areas for improvement. Unlike external audits conducted at predetermined intervals, Aero's IEP is designed to provide continuous audits and evaluations across all aspects of the operation.
