Welcome to Aero, the private jet airline. This resource is designed to help Travel Advisors confidently sell, book, ticket, and service Aero flights. It serves as the primary reference for Aero's Travel Advisor community and outlines the procedures for booking through either the Direct Booking Program or Sabre GDS.
Depending on your agreement with Aero, your agency may participate in one or both booking channels.
This guide is intended to provide general sales, booking, ticketing, and servicing guidance for Aero Travel Advisor partners. Commercial terms, commission structures, fare rules, booking procedures, and distribution availability are subject to change. In the event of any discrepancy, Aero's published fare rules and the applicable Aero partner agreement will govern. As Aero expands its route network and GDS distribution, this guide will evolve and be updated on an ongoing basis.
Aero combines the convenience of private aviation with the simplicity of scheduled commercial service. Learn more at aero.com/the-experience.
Whether booking directly through Aero or via Sabre, advisors can offer clients an elevated travel experience while earning commission on eligible bookings.
